The Awards.

“When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace,” said Jimi Hendrix. Music has the power to speak directly to the heart. It can inspire enlightened awareness and lovingly empower us to see and treat each other as brother and sister. When our souls know such liberation, war as we know it will end and peace on earth will prevail.

The Peace Song Awards serves as a search for our world’s most enlightened musicians and songs that can guide the way to peace on earth.

  • “The wonders of the music of the future will be of a higher & wider scale and will introduce many sounds that the human ear is now incapable of hearing. Among these new sounds will be the glorious music of angelic chorales. As men hear these they will cease to consider Angels as figments of their imagination.”
    Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
  • “People say that the soul, on hearing the song of creation, entered the body, but in reality the soul itself was the song."
    Sufi poet Hafiz

    Cicero
  • All around us, I hear hate. I have forgotten my mother's loving voice. I hear violent sounds of gunfights. I hear screams of dying people. I wonder what peace sounds like.
